Rent isn't cheap. Lol. Looking to cut costs a bit by finding a roommate. I'd say I'm pretty relaxed, chill guy. If you're chill too maybe we grab a beer or a coffee somewhere to see how we vibe. Obviously, it is a good idea to know if you get along well with the potential new roommate first. Lol. With my budget, I know it'll be a small place. I therefore wouldn't be having much company over. Just here or there, prolly just solo chills and, for the most part, would just be my girlfriend visiting. I have two large collections of things. My Vinyl Record Collection and my Rock (Mineral/Fossil) collection. So hopefully you wouldn't mind rocks displayed all over the place. LOL. These come with the rental. Pre-authorization and late-night swims are not allowed unless approved.We do offer for extra fee, heated pool and heated towels and extra cleaning service with fee. We do allow parties with preauthrization. We also use our property for our business. And we love to have people over. But we keep to ourselves...and dont bother our guests except for cleaning, animals walks, and maintaining property requests
