I have a two bed roomed house in a small village in Kent , Teynham . It is a couple of minutes walk from the station which goes to London, Victoria, Canterbury, Dover, ramsgate. I have two small friendly dogs There is a lounge, dining room, kitchen and sun room and wifi of course. I like people to feel at home , as it is my home . You are welcome to stay in your room or sit in the main house whatever you are comfortable with .

My house in centrally located near Maidstone town centre, and easy access to public transport to London and Medway towns, Rochester, Canterbury, Hastings. The house is a semi detach house, with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, a double bedroom with own TV/CD, and own shower room which is downstairs for the guests. Second bedroom with single bed with own TV, wardrobe, side table, lamp. Use of open plan kitchen and dining room area. Parking outside the house, and a large garden to sit out on a sunny day listening to all kinds of birds. It is a quiet and house and area, and is kept very clean and tidy, and would respect all guests to do the same. Maureen is 53 and enjoy Interior Design, music, painting, travelling, learning foreign languages and culture, nature, and fashion trends and vintage, support and help the welfare of cruelty and abandonment for dogs and animals worldwide. I speak English and Cantonese, easy going, but private person and do like my privacy, and respect my guest privacy as well. Must like dogs for they are in the household.

This is a nicely decorated two bedroom basement flat in Gillingham Kent. You will have exclusivity to the whole apartment. It has its own private entrance and a key safe. Daily street parking tickets are £2.10 and discount offered on multiples. Complimentary basket upon arrival. There is an ice rink close by and many more attractions. Also we are 5 minutes walk from Gillingham Station.

The house has unique and rare features not found in many houses: a toilet in the ground floor, a master bathroom, two master en-suite bedrooms. This gives you own toilet and shower room in your bedroom so you do not share with anyone else. The ensuite-bedroom have double size beds and third room has a single bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes, side tables, wall pictures and flower plants, and side lights. The living room has two large sofas, one of which is a sofa bed for the occasional extra visitor, a there is a separate dining room-cum-office with a hard glass table and exquisite chairs, high speed Wi-fi, and computer working space. There are TVs in every bedroom and also in the Dining room. There are flower plants placed all over the house and wall artwork pictures in all the rooms. The kitchen has a clothes washing and drying machine, a modern cooker, a Ninja frier, a rice cooker, a dishwasher etc. which are all available to visitors. Behind the house there is a garden where visitors are welcome to do their barbeques. There is a table with 4 chairs and a canopy. So you can bask in the sun while doing your barbecues, or work on your computer in the open fresh air. Street parking is reserved for residents and visitors so there is no traffic congestion. There is a Council parking charge of £2.10 per day for the visitors. There is a treadmill available to visitors who may wish to improve their health through exercise. The house has smoke the necessary smoke sensors,Carbon monoxide alarm in every room, a fire extinguisher and First Aid kit.

Single bedroom for £25 per night for a single person in a detached house with garden close to the high street, railway station and bus stops. Park, recreation ground and many cycle and walking routes nearby. We are a family with a fifteen- year-old who like the outdoors and sports such as hockey, football, swimming and walking. We also like good food and a healthy lifestyle. The bedroom we are offering is a single with share bathroom. Sittingbourne is a quintessential Kentish village with the bonus of excellent rail and road links to London, Ashford, with its Eurostar station, Maidstone and Canterbury. Leeds Castle and Sissinghurst Castle are both a 30-minute drive away.
