me and my boyfriend are looking for a temporary place to stay. we only need one room, have no pets or children and do not smoke. we will clean after ourselves and buy our own necessities.

I'm a musician and a writer. I am back and forth to California and Nevada often. My partner works in healthcare and she is home everyday after work. We keep it very clean and organized home and a positive atmosphere. We would prefer a non-smoker however there is a nice park just a couple hundred feet from the house for those that do smoke. Also we don't mind cannabis but again, we prefer that it be done off the property. She's not crazy about the smell. We have a very small friendly quiet dog who is well-behaved.

I'm a positive woman, active go to the gym 5 days a week, clean and organized, hard worker. I'm allergic to pets and I like to keep my house clean. I'm friendly, love to watch movies and listening to music.
