Want a roommate that doesn’t smoke or do drugs likes to watch tv together and have a nice time

Im really easy going and jus need a place to stay! I been going from place to place for about a year now and im abt to be homeless so i really need a roommate thatll be consistent w rent!

I have rooms for rent that could be either rented as two bedrooms with a private bathroom or you can rent the individual bedrooms and share a bathroom. You’ll only ever have to share a bathroom with one person and there is a biweekly cleaning service every bedroom as furnished there is a security system in the home. It is close to both a nature, university, the airport, public transportation, and nightlife or a park if that is what you prefer. I have a total of four bedrooms for rent. The rooms upstairs are more private and master bedroom size. The rooms downstairs are normal size bedrooms.

Mostly a night person. Never tried this roommate thing before but im willing to try this out

We live in a wonderful neighborhood with almost no neighbors in sight! You'll see them walking our street though and driving by to the nature preserve just down the way. You can walk the 1.25 miles into downtown from here or just down the road to the hiking trails. And we're just 15 minutes driving from Weaverville and 20-25 minutes from Asheville! Loads to do within minutes of our home and yet when you're here it's quiet and secluded. Especially the basement retreat which looks out on the nature preserve.

Hello! I'm Sarah and I'm looking for a clean and safe place to call home for the time being! My life recently took an unexpected detour in February, when I lost my husband unexpectedly. Not trying to be a downer, but I feel it's important to note this, because normally I'm super outgoing and happy, but my struggle is very real right now. I would like to find a place where I don't have to feel like I've got to talk and be super friendly all t he time, if I'm sad and want to be alone, then that's fine too! I'm super easy to get along with and I am ry much about staying out of other people's business, unless they ask for your assistance. I'm loyal and principal driven. I ĵust want peace and calm in my life right now!lmk if that is probable or not?

I am Cody and like to just chill, play video games and read comic books on my free time. I have two children that will visit and occasionally sleep over. I like to be quiet and peaceful. And I don’t really care what’s going on in the house, if it’s not in my room its not my business.

I just need a place to go until I move in my own place. Im a fun outgoing person

Looking to split a room at Vasari 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom Co signer on lease 12-18 months

Hi! I’m an 18-year-old girl who’s currently finishing up school and working a stable job, so I’ve got a pretty steady routine and lifestyle. I’m starting to look for a place to call home—whether that’s a house, apartment, or condo—and I’d love to find a female roommate to share the space with. One thing I know for sure is that I like having my own bedroom, just to have a little personal space, but I’m totally open to sharing a bathroom as long as my roommate is someone clean and respectful. I consider myself a clean and organized person, and I like to keep all of my things in my own space without letting clutter spill into common areas. I take pride in keeping shared spaces tidy and believe in splitting responsibilities fairly, whether that’s cleaning, taking out the trash, or keeping up with household chores. I don’t have any pets, so that’s one less thing to worry about when it comes to noise or messes. I’m also a pretty chill person to live with—I enjoy hanging out and having friendly conversations, but I also respect personal space and quiet time. My ideal roommate is someone who’s easygoing but also reliable when it comes to paying bills on time and keeping the place nice. I’m flexible when it comes to location as long as it’s a safe and comfortable area, and I’m hoping to find someone who’s just as excited as I am to make a cozy and well-kept home together. If you’re looking for a responsible and down-to-earth roommate, I think we could be a great match!

I am 53 years old. I work Monday thru Friday. I am a new business owner and am busy with that. I am a bit of an introvert and am good at staying out of the way. Like I said, I'm busy with my own life. Just need something I can afford. I will not pay anything before we meet and I see the rental.

Grate person, traveling for business. Some time change location for my rules

I'm an artist, prefer to stay home and create than go out. I work nights at a bar/restaurant, my man also is a bartender. We tend to get home around 9:30-midnight, make something to eat, and get to bed around 2-3am. I wake up around noon, hog the bathroom and smoke outside.

I am a lifelong resident of the South Bay I lived there and work there all my life. My passion is coaching club soccer for girls 8 to 12 for the last 30 years. I spent 35 years in accounting and finance and I'm semi-retired. I still enjoy coaching and am well known in the community I can provide multiple references and have an excellent reputation. I will be very neat and clean up after myself and always willing to pitch in help out for anything needed around the house. I'm quiet but very social. I enjoy reading good movies and golf. I have four grandchildren who I love very much it's been as much time with him as I can along with my ex-wife. More background information provided upon request.

I work night shifts, so you won't have to worry about me being loud while you're trying to sleep. When I am home, I'm working out or sleeping or gaming with my friends. Personally, I need a lot of personal space to function, so I'll give you the same courtesy. I don't use the kitchen to cook, and I only need two of the cabinets to hold my preworkout and medicine. I keep myself busy with working and exercising most of the time. I'll be exercising in the living room, so there won't be any banging on a floor above you. No neighbors above, either. The spare room I'm offering has two closets and a window. There's a ceiling fan and a carpeted floor, which I ask you vacuum at least every two weeks. I have the vacuum. Trash pickup site is less than a minute's drive away. Currently not much furniture since I just moved in myself. A little more about me rather than the apartment. I'm 21, I have one cat and I play a lot of video games. I'm an Elden ring and Dark souls nerd. I like to keep the apartment peaceful, it's like a peaceful getaway from the outside world. I'm an introvert, but I can still tell a waiter when my order is wrong at a restaurant. I enjoy just relaxing with my cat, working out, and hanging out on the phone with my brother and friends. I can be a bit loud when I game sometimes, but I can easily get into the habit of keeping things down. I'd like to say I'm pretty chill, my friends think so, too. I'd prefer to room with LGBTQ+ people around my age. I'm a transgender man, I usually don't tell people and introduce myself as a man, but I dont want a female roommate to be afraid of me so I'm disclosing that now. I know what it's like to be in a situation like that, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone else. My ideal roommate is someone quiet and chill like me. I value cleanliness and teamwork throughout the apartment. I hate bugs and I refuse to let an infestation start in my home. Like I said, I'd like to room with someone that's also LGBTQ+ and can be my friend and not just a roommate. I'd be down to just go out on the town every now and then and eat fast food or go hang out at the mall. Speaking of which, I'd prefer to meet a potential roommate somewhere public and safe for our first meeting. Not just to keep myself safe, but I don't want anyone uncomfortable.
