I am an extremely clean, respectful and considerate person without being overly uptight. I’m looking for someone who own a home with a clean, large, fenced in backyard as I have a 2 year old dog with lots of energy who I’d love to provide the space to run and play in. Unfortunately I’m not in a place in life where I can buy a house of my own so this is my next best option! I’m not a huge fan of dog parks either as you never know what you’re going to get there as far as aggressive or unvaccinated dogs are concerned. I’m a working professional and I work from home. I’m a pretty social person who loves to travel, workout and spend time with my dog. My current lease ends in mid-July 2026 which is why I’m looking for a new spot around that time frame.

Pet peeves, people who are slobs, we don't like bugs, if you don't clean up that breeds roaches, mice, ants,etc. We clean shower and tub, dishes, stove, sweep, floors, mop, dust, everyone should have chores to maintain and keep the household safe and clean. We all live there together. Just a thought how keep our rooming house clean we live at now.
