I am looking for someone to share the apartment with me starting from the beginning of March. The rent I pay is £1250, which includes water and electricity. The apartment is fully furnished with cooking appliances, a large living room, and a dining table. The area is quiet and beautiful, so there’s no need to say more.

You can move in March without a security deposit. However, I kindly ask that you take care of the place, as I paid a deposit of £1400 to the office. I’m offering the room for £590. No deposit will be required from you, but the rent must be paid in advance. The minimum rental period is one month.
The apartment is conveniently located near the well-known Aldi supermarket and Canon Hill Park.
The room available has a bathroom opposite it. The other room is occupied and has its own private bathroom. There’s also a parking space, which we can discuss for a small fee. You will have your own key.
