Quiet neighborhood on the eastside of Dover. Need a roommate by December 1st.

First time apartment hunting but ready to rock and roll. I currently work in sales and volunteer at the Living Museum every other week. I love books and can talk all day about stuff I've read. My favorite genres are poetry, sci fi and fantasy, classics, and philosophy but I like to read across genres. I also like video games and ttrpgs. I included a picture of my cat because he's great and everyone should look at him. I'm in the process of transitioning him to be fully indoors only so watch out he will try to escape. If we end up moving into a place with a backyard or balcony, I'll try to set it up so he can go out but not escape that area.

I’d be a great roommate because I’m bubbly, positive, and easy to get along with. I’m understanding, respectful of shared spaces, and I love making friends. I also have a well-behaved dog and two sweet kittens who bring a lot of love and coziness to a home.

I'm mostly at work and stays to myself and drug free . Stays clean and don't like being messy. I minds my own business. I'm not a trouble maker. I'm a private person who stays to myself.

I've been living with my parents for about 3 years and I want more independence from them. I already pay them rent so living separately wouldn't make a difference to my income or spending. I cook and clean up after myself, but don't mind splitting chores based off schedules or personal preferences. I work mornings and keep quiet in the evening.

I don't really drink anymore, but I don't mind when others do. I enjoy reading, live music ( rock n rolla/ metal head/ reggae rude gal lol), travel, art in various mediums and anything creative, writing, esoteric studies, animals(!) especially kitty cats 🖤),dance,going for hot girl walks 🤓. Halloween everyday I also really enjoy checking out what's going on locally, especially different workshops teaching new things,art festivals, live local music,charity/volunterism. It's rare that I would have guests, but if so it would be one friend at a time and be one of about three people, because I keep my circle small. I’d be a good roomie because I’m respectful and mindful of other people especially people I share a place with. I’m not a big talker but once I get to know someone good I open up. In other words I’m not a Karen or annoying, and open to feedback if doing something you may not like. Also I know how to cook a little bit and I like cooking for others as well! I work full time, train at the gym alot so I’m not home all of the time either.
