I have a simple bedroom for rent in a very quiet neighborhood on the southside of Binghamton. There is a full kitchen and a bathroom that will be shared. All utilities are included. You will have your own air conditioner and the heat is included also. I am very clean and organized. I mostly keep to myself and am very considerate of others. I will accommodate the right person as much as possible.

My roommate will be moving out in August when the lease switches. So I will have a private room open unfurnished, But I’m more than willing to help you find cheap but amazing furniture. I’m 31 and a professional working in a very flexible job with people with disabilities. I tend to keep to myself and I will always let you know before having anyone over which is rare. Cats and dogs are fine but there is a $500 security deposit for the apartment complex and a limit to 1. I am easy going and helpful keep to myself but also very caring. I don’t smoke, on a rare occasion drink and love to cook and bake. I just ask that you ask before using my things as I will do the same for you. I can provide previous roommate references.
