I am seeking a professional quiet + clean roommate who is an excellent communicator and has good energy! :) My ranch town home, is centrally located in Denver's quiet and safe Lowry neighborhood, 1400 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the town home, so it works out great. I keep the place really clean and would like to find a roommate who is also super clean. There is no cable, but there is a television in your room with a Roku, Netflix, and 30 local channels. Rent includes utilities/internet, your bedroom, private bathroom and a shared kitchen. The room is a large 13x13 with your bathroom across the hall from the bedroom. The room has a ceiling fan and a medium sized closet with extra shelves. There is no storage in the house except your closet. No firearms or weapons allowed. I’m not open to renting to couples, or overnight guests etc. I have a Bengal cat that is nine years old and hyper allergenic in case you are allergic to cats you won’t be with EMMY! Please no pot or cigarette smokers or people who drink excessively. There is a 65.00 cleaning/turn over fee at end of lease

We are fairly quiet and the room has a large brick ledge going around the whole room. We have a large dog and a small dog and 2 cats. The room stays pretty cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We share the living room and kitchen. The yard is maintained by me as well as any other problems. Swamp cooled the house stays very comfortable and our pets are friendly but our big dog is a great guard dog and keeps us all safe.

Both bedrooms and the living room have a ceiling fan for additional cooling. There are space heaters in the bedrooms and an electric fireplace in the living room for additional heating. The basement is well insulated against both the summer heat and winter cold.

My name is Lizzy, and I am looking for a subleaser for the remainder of my lease: January - August! I go to graduate school in south Littleton, and I am really wanting to relocate there before next semester. The house has 6 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and you would have 6 very sweet female roommates who are all in college or graduate school. Also, the room will still be available after this lease is up, so if you want to stay longer than August, that is definitely an option! Rent is 600 per month, and the only other thing we pay for is electricity, which split between all of us, averages at around 20$ per person. We are two minutes from a shopping area with King Soopers, Michaels, and many other stores, and Belmar City Center is right down the road. We are right behind Colorado Christian University, which has been great for feeling extra safe as a female household with school security around. My room is the largest in the basement, with a small walk-in closet and two windows that actually give good amounts of sunlight. You would be sharing a downstairs bathroom with two other girls, and there is a ton of privacy in the basement. The house has two living rooms, a sun room, a spacious kitchen, a dining room, and a large laundry area. We never feel cramped! I am looking for, ideally, a young adult female subleaser.
