The property has easy access to the A23/M23 with direct links to London and Brighton and within walking distance of the town centre and Burgess Hill Train Station.

We are a family of four living in Hove. I have hosted for a number of years and are still in touch with some of my students who have become friends. We are in Hove, minutes from the beach and bus links right into town. You will have complete privacy in our self contained studio with its own small kitchen and private bathroom. I speak English and French and are happy to help you settle in as much as possible.

Welcome to our home. We have a lovely double room available in our 4 bedroom house in Hove. The house is close to local shops and a 10 minute walk to the beach. There are regular buses into town and Aldrington train station is a 5 minute walk away. We are a family of 3 - Jon with his 16 year old son and 20 year old daughter (who is way at University at the moment) Guests will have shared use of the family bathroom, kitchen and lounge. The room has a small double bed, with a desk and free wifi. Our French Bulldog Enzo is very friendly and loves company.

The residence is a centrally located student hotel, fitted to high specifications. There are fully equipped kitchens/lounges on every floor, with tableware, cookware and utensils provided, furnished with sofas, dining tables/chairs, and flat screen TVs. Bedrooms have double storage beds, laptop safe and small refrigerator, and the en-suite bathrooms have a shower, washbasin and WC. Close to Brighton train station, a short walk from the seafront, and ideally located near Brightons shops, night life, language schools and universities. Local transport links make it easy to travel to London as well as international destinations via Gatwick Airport, only 30 miles from Brighton. Please note: the security deposit and admin fee need to be paid in advance of move-in to confirm the booking. Also rent is paid via instalments, not monthly.

I have the beauty of living with woods and the downs within walking distance as well as the hustle and bustle of Cosmopolitan Brighton, which is full of quirky shops restaurants the Pier and mot of all the sea. My home has 4 bedrooms and i can let 2 out. They are large and airy, with double bed wardrobe space chest of draws desk and shelfs. i supply all the bed linen and towels. There is also a small garden. I am a widow and live with my elderly dog. You can have use of the kitchen which has washing machine dishwasher and micro wave, as well as a fridge freezer. There is easy access to Brighton via a 15 minuet bus ride to the centre of Brighton and the main railway station to London. A trip to London is only 55 minuets by train. You can also walk into Brighton as it is not far and you pass a lot of interesting shops.

Stay with Mimi, Paul, and our two children in beautiful Brighton. We have a semi-detached house right on the main bus line into town and a 10-minute walk to Preston Park train station. If you enjoy a walk, then you can be in the city centre in about 25 minutes. The price includes breakfast and dinner on the weekdays and on the weekends. We both love food and enjoy cooking meals that we can share together. We are an easy going family who enjoy having others around us. We live in a lovely neighbourhood 20mins walk from central Brighton with woods and countryside on the door stop and a good bus services into town and to the university of Brighton and university of sussex. There are an array of local shops, cafes, supermarket, bakery, greengrocer. It’s a safe and family friendly area and we have a communal garden on the street and free parking. The room is a small single room and has everything you need. There is also a double room if you prefer a double bed and more storage. I share my home with an affectionate little cat. I have a nice garden which you are very welcome to use and enjoy eating alfresco when the English weather allows! Buses run from outside my home to the city centre every 15 mins, and 5 mins up the road they run every 5mins. You can walk to the city centre in 20mins, all down hill. Gatwick Airport is only 20 minutes away If you want to see London but don't want to stay there overnight, and would rather stay in the beautiful British countryside (50 minutes by train to central London), then come and stay with us! We have a large detached 5 bedroom house in the exclusive Hove park area. Our home has 3 king guest rooms. Each of these rooms has been personally designed by us to an extremely high standard, more in keeping with a luxury hotel than a room in a home. Each room has a private en-suite shower room and toilet, built in wardrobes, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, HD Tv with Freeview and WIFI wireless internet. Me & Sue(Kyoung-Suk) got married in 2002 after she came to the UK from South Korea to live & settle in the UK. As an interracial couple decided that it would be a wonderful idea to host guests from all over the world and so began our journey on Homestay! We both work full time. I have my own holiday rental business and Sue works as a financial controller for a large company in central London and commutes to work Monday to Friday. We have a lovely cat called Lulu We only host over 18's and have been hosting guests from around the world now since 2003 and really enjoy having people from different cultures and backgrounds stay with us. Some of our guests come back and stay with us for their holidays each year and keep in touch, which is nice. Additional Info: We are just a 12 minute drive from Sussex university via the A27. We have free off street parking for 5 or 6 cars. Sue speaks both Korean and English fluently. Bookings are for room only stays. Guests do not have access to any other areas of our home at any time.

Come and enjoy our Retro Inspired Studio Apartment. There is a cosy 1960's lounge area on one side and a 1940's Bedroom Snug on the other. We have recently installed a walkway through to the kitchen/ diner area so guests can now enjoy the place as a self-contained space. The 1950's Kitchen & Dining area can now be accessed from the lounge. There is a shower & toilet room on the same level but that is accessed through the hallway on the same floor as the Studio Apartment. Guests can also enjoy the back-garden. (Please note: The Listing is for one private Studio Apartment with Lounge & adjoining Bedroom Area entwined (the bedroom is not fully separate but has a wall between the bed and the lounge). The rest of the house is shared with the Host below on the Ground Floor. The property is just 5 minutes up the hill from Brighton Station; so, perfect for commuters or Guests wishing to visit other places of interest in Brighton; as the house is not far from the Centre of the City. Parking can sometimes be arranged with a neighbour over the road for £5 per day but cannot be guaranteed. (Please make arrangements for parking with the Host before the day of Check-In). There are other parking options but please bear in mind that Brighton has controlled parking areas throughout the city so sometimes it is better to come by train; when possible!

Our flat is 3 minutes walk to the train station and 10 minutes walk to the seafront. Also only 40 minutes by train from Gatwick airport and one and half hours from London Victoria! Lovely sunny apartment minutes from the seafront in a peaceful street overlooking the college playing fields. The big bedroom is sunny and quiet with plenty of storage space and views up racecourse hill. The Single Cubby Room is a small hotel style self contained room with a sink, TV and storage space. Both rooms use the shared bathroom and kitchen and come with Towels, breakfast & Wi-Fi all included.
