We are a retired couple in a 5 bedroom home, 4 bathrooms, 3 car garage and big front yard and big backyard. Very clean home with 3 available rooms with private or shared bathrooms. The neighborhood is very safe and is surrounded with 2 elementary schools and 2 very nice parks.

Greetings, the home is located in the South East portion of Moreno Valley called "Rancho Bilagio", within the community of Moreno Valley Ranch. Approximately 80 miles from Los Angeles, Moreno Valley is a suburb type of community with a population of approximately 206,000. Riverside Community College - Moreno Valley Campus is 5 minutes away and the University of California, Riverside is 11 miles away. There is a lovely park walking distance from the home and Perris Lake is 4.9 miles away. Stator Bros. grocery store, Starbucks, Juice It Up, several eateries, a beauty supply shop, hair salon, and a UPS is in walking distance as well. Also located on a quiet cul-da-sac with plenty of street parking right in front. There is a one bedroom downstairs that is available and accommodates one person. The amenities of the room are internet, cable tv, small refrigerator, microwave, fan (the home is air-conditioned), clean bed linens and clean towels are provided. The bathroom is steps away with a large walk-in shower. Continental breakfast is provided daily ( seasonal fruit, bagels or English muffins or muffins, coffee and juice). There is an outside patio area that is availble for guest use. Ok to smoke in this outside area only. Few things about me and my family...I love to work out..there are a few pieces of exercise equipment in the home for guest use, jump ropes, dumb bells, small treadmill, exercise ball and more. I work as a fitness consultant and YouTube content creator. (Affirmation, Meditation and Workout videos) I work alot from home, usually upstairs on 2nd floor. My five year old son lives in the house and can be noisy from playing, rough housing and just being a kid. During school time the house will be up early to get him up and out for school. I have considered his noise in the pricing. The house is secured with an alarm, a code will be given to guests to for entry and exit. Accomodations for one person only, no guests please.

We have a large family that consists of Dad, Mom, little brother, and two sisters. We are a musically inclined family that enjoys the fine arts. We are a family of musicians; enjoying marching band, theater, and singing. Our home is located in Beaumont, California which is a 15 minute drive from University of Redlands. We experience all four seasons here in our small town. Home town activities include Cherry festival, Lavender festival and many community involved events all year long. Shopping at the Cabazon outlets with over 200 stores is only 15 minutes away and Casino Morongo. Our family lives in a large 4 bedroom two story home with two dogs. We have a large kitchen purposed for family cooking and a large family room, 2.5 bathrooms, with a nice patio for summer bar b ques. The neighborhood is quiet and you can often see families walking down the street for summer walks. We would love to have you stay with our family and experience our multicultural home .
