I bought my house a few years ago and am working on fixing it up. I'm renting the two first floor bedrooms. My private bedroom is upstairs but the rest of the house is comunal. I have a few ferrets but am ok with any other kind of pets in the house as well. I have a small circle of friends and most don't live in the area so I don't have guests very often but you are welcome to have company whenever you'd like.
