Cozy house in Box Hill North Suburb. 10 mins walk to the bus stops and only 10 mins bus to Westfield shopping Centre and Box Hill Centre. 30 mins bus direct to the CBD. There are many parks around where you can have a walk after hours. Very safe location. We are a family of mum and daughter. The rooms are fully furnished with air conditioning. Common room with TV and Netflix. House is clean and tidy.

Parking for 3 cars in the driveway but you are close to everything so no car required.

Private bedroom and bathroom. 10 minute walk from waurn ponds train station, which can take you to melbourne. About a 5 minute bus ride away from Deakin University Waurn Ponds. About a 25 minute bus ride away to Geelong. You can park your car on the nature strip, if you have one. Clean, simple room with a private bathroom, and kitchen access. Pretty sweet garden, so you can meditate if you're into that. Crappy home gym with a barbell, and an actual gym within walking distance. Please no pets.

Different location, same friendly homestay! Hello, and welcome! Why Gunning? Gunning is a wonderful little town, with a great location situated on the Goulburn/Yass/Canberra triangle. It is perfect stopping point if travelling to or from Sydney, the Snowy Mountains, Canberra or Melbourne. Or, equally a central base if you would like to explore the beautiful Southern Tablelands region. It is very accessible by car or train, and the house itself is located a 4 minute drive from the freeway, and a 2 minute walk from Gunning Station. The house full of character, located in a quiet and attractive street, in Gunning NSW. It was the original shop keeper's house, with his shop being next door (now the location of the Scout Hall). It is within walking distance of the main street with cafes, small convenience store, chemist and butcher, post office and the library. A local pool is also within walking distance. Goulburn, Yass and Crookwell are all an approximate 25 minutes drive away, where you can find larger supermarkets and other amenities. Canberra is about 45 minute drive away. The house is 2 minutes from the Gunning train station which provides a daily service between Sydney and Melbourne. The bedroom on offer is for single occupancy only, and is located to the front of the house. It includes a double bed (with linen and towels provided) and generous built in robe. It also includes a wonderful library of books. The main bathroom is shared and is at the back of the house. There is a sitting room with TV, separate dining room, kitchen, laundry and WC. The house has a lovely front porch, and a verandah to the rear, which leads to a beautiful garden. The kitchen is small, but full of character! Due to it's size, it is unfortunately only available for making drinks. I am an avid cook and prepare all meals for you during your stay, and can cater for vegetarian diets, or others on request. I am in my early 50s and work-full-time from home in architecture and design. I enjoy cooking, gardening, art, swimming and keeping fit. I also have a two cats called Ambrose and Dominique, who love people coming to stay and will enjoy getting to know you!

Our house is situated on the western side of the city, half an hour metro journey takes you to the heart of Melbourne. We're experienced hosts since 2007. Your room is recently renovated, and there is a fully equipped comfortable kitchen and shower room shared with two other person. Excellent fast internet included. You have complete privacy and lockable room. Room is fully furnished with your own TV, good quality, comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, linen, bedding. Room also has it's own split system heating and/or cooling with a remote control for you to use as you like. Quiet house, there is no pet or children. Beautiful big park opposite the house with a creek, lots of birds, and a 20 walk to the beach. The bus stops in front of the house, takes you to the station or the shopping centre in just 5 minutes. We accept male students age 25+ and one week booking is fine with a possible longer stay. Strictly non smokers accepted.
