I am very easy going and you will pretty much have the apartment to yourself as I am out and about a lot. The kitchen is yours as I am a terrible cook and mainly use the microwave. The apartment is newly renovated and you have exclusive use of a swanky new hotel standard bathroom. The location is excellent on main N11 road into Dublin with an excellent bus service. You are also within walking distance of grocery shops.
