The space
Room offers a Laptop Friendly work space with a desk and office chair; a quality PosturePedic mattress; a plush, extra thick mattress cover; a plush duvet cover; a down free comforter; bath sheet size towels; and down-free pillows.
The private room features keyed entry, high speed WI-FI access, a full closet with hangers; a smart tv with a roku device that offers streaming tv service or log-in to your favorite subscription service and a carpeted vault wall accent that adds both interest and an added sound buffer for the room.
What makes this location a 5 star experience is not just the steady, 7+ year SuperHost reputation but added benefits such as use of the spacious back yard with an outdoor dining area, fire pit, both gas and charcoal/smoke grills available for use. Pets live in the home. There are two very well behaved cats who reside in the master bedroom on the opposite side of the house from guest rooms and are only out in the main living space when I am. When I am away from the home or retire to the room, they are in my room. Cats are very sweet and friendly but guests need not worry about interacting, unless they wish to engage with them.
House Rules are not merely suggestions, they exist for a reason and are not flexible. Quiet time begins at 11 pm which means no cooking or showers after 11 pm.
