I am a 65-year-old retired transplant from Florida, currently living in the Village, looking for a new place to call home. I’ve spent the last 16 months here assisting family with property maintenance, but due to a roommate's passing and the subsequent probate process, I am looking to relocate sooner rather than later.
A little about me:
• Lifestyle: I am a quiet, clean, and respectful individual. I value my faith and a conservative, peaceful living environment.
• Handy & Helpful: I’m quite handy around the house and happy to help with light maintenance or chores.
• Technology: I am fully set up with my own Starlink internet. I spend my time taking online classes and working occasional side gigs.
• Logistics: I do not drive, so I rely on delivery services like Wal-Mart and Amazon for my essentials. I inherited a house full of furniture and trappings as well as a sweet dog, though I am open to rehoming or storage options if the right space isn't pet-friendly. Or needs no furniture – all is negotiable!
• Note: I am a disabled individual and hold a legal prescription for medical marijuana, which I use responsibly.
