Cheap room in E1 (Aldgate) for rent with two professional girls in full-time jobs aged 25 and 27. No time limit as you will move in as the new renters reform comes into effect in May, so only two months notice required. Rent may increase slightly as our contract ends in April and it has stayed the same for three years. Still a steal for the location! Unfortunately no lounge, but good sized room with space to hang out with friends. The girls want a girl in mid- to late twenties, working professional and very clean as they like to keep the flat tidy and use a cleaning rota. Council tax about 50 per month. Water bill about 145 pp every 6 months, paid to landlord’s account, not managed by us but he sends the bill for the amount. Move in can be flexible from 1 April onwards, latest 30 April.
