I prefer longer stays - anything from a few weeks to several months. - I live in the house with my dog, and there is often one other guest. It is a friendly easygoing household. You'll need to like dogs as he is a large dog who will bark when you arrive. - The bathroom and kitchen are shared with me and the other guest. You will have space in the fridge and cupboard and full use of the kitchen. There is a washing machine and dishwasher available. Hairdryer, iron and other amenities are available as required. - There is a small rear patio garden which you can use. Smoking is allowed in the garden only. - There are many language schools locally. - Bus routes are good and nearby with a frequent service to all parts of town. Central Brighton is a short bus or train ride away or you could comfortably walk it. There are 2 train stations nearby. The house is empty Monday to Friday so you’d have sole use and at weekends I am there with the two boys (age 12 and 13) however even at weekends we are out most of the time.
