Hello, I'm a very down to earth male, who is not looking complicate a living situation, I'm not planning to date or go out partying. Although I don't mind having a drink now and then, or social drinking. I do not own any pets, but I love animals, and am friendly with all kinds. I'm just looking for a short term rental, with either male(s) or female(s) (it doesn't matter which or even both) roomies, for a 1 month to possibly 3 months. I'm in Chico handling some family things and will not being staying more than a few months, but as little as one month. I'm flexible on living situations, I get along with people very well. Although I can afford a hotel, I would prefer not to live in a hotel for a month or 2 or 3, so, I hope someone needs a short term roommate where I can help you save money on expenses, rather than help a hotel franchise get richer. I will help with cooking, taking turns doing household chores, cleaning as a normal roommate would, I'm very clean and live a quiet life, I read a lot, and do not even own a tv at the moment so I will be a very low key roomie. I do not have a lot of things to move in, so it will be a quick move in and out, and I have no excessively large things to haul in either I only require a decent place to sleep, such as a room (furnished or unfinished), temporary room, or the like, as well as access to a shower/ bath, a bathroom and a kitchen with a stove and refrigerator for making small meals once or so a day. I enjoy music, good movies, literature, nature, DIY, such as fixing things, making homemade soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, herbal remedies, I also cook decently, and try to be as natural as possible, I am also a very clean and tidy person, but relaxed about other peoples personal habit styles. I enjoy the company or people who are labeled weird, different, a little strange, because I get along well with Neural A-typical people, creative types, artists, musicians, writers, who are non-judgemental, non-bossy, and generally are accepting of others and or relaxed and easy going types. I generally do not like to keep company with males (or peop) who display toxic traits such as unnecessary displays of aggression, ego, pride, racism, and gender biases. I'm well educated, well spoken and my daily conduct reflects that, and you can expect me to maintain a high level of courtesy and respect towards you and your guests at all times ( and or within reason if you happen to bring problematic people around). I'm good at diffusing tensions in a group or crowd with reason, logic, persuasion, and compromise, and I make a great roommate. Thanks for reading, and have a great day.

Beautiful house located in Diamond Bar available for rent in Oct 30. And hopefully a little soon. Tenants have access to internet, washer/dryer, kitchen and patio. We liven a nice neighborhood with close freeway access to the 57 and 60. $900 is the rental price that my dad would like.I would like to provide $123 and it will low down to $777. And I think $900 is very expansive these days and I’m trying to make it reasonable price. My only income is on SSI. And I’m trying my best to help my dad out. Visitor is ok during the day time and when my dad is in Taiwan. Daniel and I are friendly, thoughtful and easygoing to be living with. My dad really hopes his room will be able to rent out. We have one tenant Daniel M living in the upstairs room. And my fiance Daniel and me. Room has dresser, desk, lamp, closet and bed. Street parking is available. We are looking for a reliable, honest, nice and peaceful tenant. No alcohol, no illegal drugs, drama free and no smoking. The room is single occupancy only. No over night guest and no pets. My fiance Daniel is a sculptor. He can make anything real or imagined. My boyfriend Daniel and I love to cook. And recently I’m learning mathematic by myself. Lease 2 months, 3 months and 4 month.

Herlinda and Carlos are retired and enjoy helping at a family ranch in Thousand Palms. Albert works as a handyman and pool technician, and his daughter visits every other weekend. I live in the best neighborhood in this valley, it’s a very nice and quiet area with plenty of parking in the street, this a big house and I have 3 rooms available, 2 rooms with a shared bathroom $800 each all fully furnished with all utilities included and a master bathroom with its own bathroom and shower fully furnished floor 1400. I have a healthy adult cat named Chicken who’s a bit shy. I also have housekeeping come 1-2x/a month to stay on top of cleaning basics, so fewer chores for us yay!
