Find Roommates & Rooms for Rent in Caldwell, ID

Hello! I'm 35, and currently looking for a place to live within a reasonable commute distance to nampa and boise. I'm quiet, polite, and a respectful person. I have no criminal record, nor do I plan on having one, lol. I'm very down to earth and easy to get along with. I like to keep my areas clean, and have no problem helping out with chores around the house, or community areas. I don't smoke or drink anything (except water). I'm moving to idaho and will be starting my career as a cdl driver. I'm ready to move in right away so let me know if you want to meet or chat! Thank ya!

Low key, will occasionally have friends over and I expect a good level of cleanliness.

Clean, tidy, and home maybe 2-3 nights a week. I'm also open to suggestions and changing things in the house

Work from home, like to do my many hobbies. I clean common area everyday. I'm chill 95 percent of the time. I like yo play pool, swim, board games, pickleball and any competitive thing. Focusing on saving to travel. Going to school for my bachelor's degree.

I'm pretty quiet and introverted but I can be social. I'm a clean person and keep a clean house. I work Monday through Friday and attend classes online as well. I don't really drink and don't do any drugs either.

Small bedroom for rent, shared with two other roommates. Shared bathroom with one other roomate. One male and the other female. There are two cats and one dog as well so we don't have room for any other animals.

My wife and I are looking to rent out our spare rooms. We work from home, enjoy board games and being outside and relaxing with tv or movies. We have a fenced backyard, storage space and parking available.

Just an ex-military single man of honor looking to lower my renting costs, move closer to work, and finish my certifications. I'm cleanly and tend to keep to myself, although I can carry a conversation.

I'm quiet, got two jobs and pretty much just need a place to sleep and take selfies.
