Everything is nice, clean and comfortable. I’ve debated renting out the extra room for awhile and I hate to waste the space if it could help someone out and get them on their feet. I’m a 30 year old Union Carpenter SI & I work a lot, it would be nice to have someone who is responsible, does not bring drama or crest any type of negativity. I’m very laid back and understanding when it comes to any hardships or life issues. If you don’t currently have a job or there’s an issue with payment, I’d happily accept someone that can help around the place or cook as I have time for nothing but work and sleep.
