My wife and I stays in a 4bedrooms and 3 bathrooms one story house in a gated community . Our house was built over 2 years ago. Our water is a spring water supplied by the city. We live north of Palm Springs area. We offer transportation to and from school. shopping , cook American oriental some Italian Mexican and Filipino dishes . My wife and I are both college graduates and will be glad to tutor with their assignments especially in English. We are patient and loving couple. My wife and I have been married for over 47 years. We have 2 grown married children and 3 grandchildren.

PLEASE NOTE: This room is located in PALM SPRINGS, NOT Los Angeles. Because this is a room located in my home where I live I only rent to women. This nice and quiet landscaped complex is conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown, 8 minutes from Desert Hospital, and 18 minutes from Eisenhower Hospital.. Parking area is off the street. I am the only one living here with my small sweet dog. The complex is gated, well manicured, and quiet. The front patio is equipped with a couch, where you can relax after a long day's work, and a barbecue. The unit is very conveniently located 2.3 miles from downtown, where you'll find a large variety of restaurants, Thursday Street Fair, as well as the PS Art Museum, and the PS Aerial Tramway is located 9 miles away/15 minutes for a complete change of scenery and climate. There are also many hiking and cycling trails around.

No smoking allowed in the unit, no drugs of any kind. Tenant is expected be Covid conscious, quiet and respectful, and to clean up after each use of the kitchen area/appliances, no dishes or food left out. No pets allowed. I have a small and very sweet dog. Tenant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the bedroom and bathroom. 3-months lease minimum, could be renewed if cohabitation is successful. I live alone on the premises with my small and very sweet dog. I am home most of the day and I am quiet and easygoing.
