I'm getting SSI benefits and I will pay the rent on time. The room is for me and my boyfriend of 13 years. He's currently in a board and care facility, because he had a hemorrhagic stroke and he won't be living with me until he gets better. He has to learn how to walk and talk again before he can come home with me. I'm clean and quiet 🤐. I'm very easy going. I'm 57 yrs old and so is my boyfriend. I really would love to find a place to rent in Rubidoux or near Ryan Bonamino Park in Riverside. I prefer that utilities are included in the rent.
