I recently moved from Phoenix and I need a place to rent. I am a chef and I'm looking for work. I was born and raised in Fremont and have family here in the area. I have a large savings and have no problem paying on time. I am looking to move in as soon as possible.

I walk and hike. I read a lot and love music, nature, sports. I am retired but work 20 hours/week as a caregiver. I also pet sit. I live quietly and play acoustic guitar (now and then). I had horses for 20 years.

I’d prefer to rent a full apartment myself. I work long hours, sometimes my children visit. I will only be home to sleep.

Only home during the week quiet neat pays on time good personality could be a long term or temporary situation

Im 30 years old and have a chihuahua puppy and a son and a daughter. Daughter is 4 almost 5 and son is 5 almost 6. I have Spina Bifida so some things are a little harder to do but I make it work. Im on disability and only make 1,200 a month. I love all animals and would have all the pets if I could. I love to go out and explore and go dancing hiking and almost any other activity. Im leaving a unhealthy relationship and need help. Id prefer to stay near Aurora but am willing to move but I don't have a car so might need a ride to the apartment. I usually walk everywhere.

I'm looking for a responsible roommate. Someone who is clean and helps around the house. You will be renting the upstairs which is very large and has enough room for a small living room and a bedroom. It also has two walk-in closets and a full bathroom. There is air conditioning upstairs but not downstairs. You will have access to a kitchen and the living area downstairs as well. I have cats so you must be okay with them. The house is right on the corner of downtown Loveland so there are a lot of restaurants , bars and activities within walking distance. There's plenty of parking space.
