Looking for a room to rent with possibility of lower rent for cleaning, maintenance, etc while I'm there.

I'm a 47-year-old single father with a 4-year-old daughter and I would love to find another single parent as a roommate mostly so my daughter has somebody to play with.

I have a 3bdrm 1 1/2 bthrm 1500 sq ft home in Green Valley Ranch. I am pretty laid back and so is my dog. She is a 7year old Pit Bull she's so silly. I am drama free and so is my house. ISO: a roommate preferably female who is drama free. Cigarettes and 420 is ok,but no hard drugs. Drinking is ok,but no bad drunks. I realize post Covid everyone has a little crazy, just keep your crazy under control and we'll get along.
