complete a room booking at The Oaks for the 2023/24 academic year during the Offer
(a) Period for a minimum tenancy period of 40 weeks;
(b) be aged 18 years or older at the start of the 2023/24 tenancy period; and
(c) be undertaking a course of study at an institution of further and/or higher education in
the United Kingdom during the 2023/24 academic year.
