You would have your own room and primary use of the guest bathroom. We would share kitchen and living room space. Apartment is well insulated and has good soundproofing. Complex is smoker friendly, no smoking in unit but outside is ok. Vaping ok. Not 420 friendly. Bedroom has two closets that span one wall. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. I have 2 dogs which is the max per my lease so no additional cats or dogs can be added unfortunately. Other animals would possibly be OK, TBD. Apartment complex will require you to be added to the lease, $55 application fee. I will also require a roommate agreement to be signed and notarized after we discuss and agree on details. *I am currently selling one of my cars.
