Good day everyone! I have one beautiful room available for rent in this wonderfully old house. The house has mostly all wood floors, feels bigger on the inside with plenty of storage space. The room available was recently renovated with a floating floor, new hardware and window coverings. The room will be available on April 13th. You must be able to pass a detailed background check & provide 3 references. There is a backyard and grill available for use. The rent is $750 with all utilities included! This is far better than most apartments.
