I'm an excellent roommate because I always keep the entire place where I reside perfectly clean and orderly, as I really helping out my roommates in any way I can. I'm former law enforcement, so I have no criminal record of any kind. I presently receive $1408 monthly for SSA Disability pay. I return to working on 8/8/26. I'm off work and on disability pay monthly due to needing two full knee replacements. I'm incredibly compassionate and will assist my roommates in any way possible. I'm also very quiet, always pay my rent on time and am very understanding. Please note I DO have a certificate from my family physician to have an Emotional Support Animal. I have a very tiny male Chihuahua, approximately four months old now. I really hope that does NOT pose any problem.
