Find Roommates & Rooms for Rent in Ferndale, MI

I'm a student and looking for a place to rent with open minded people whom I can chill when I come home and I can feel safe

I just need to feeling safe if that helps me and nice to be nice and have good health

I'm a gay male crossdresser, I actually prefer the T-word but I know some take that as a slur nowadays, so I will refrain, but I personally think the T-word by definition is a man who occasionally presents as a woman for sexual thrills and I believe I've transcended the term crossdresser, which, to me, just evokes images of hairy men wearing panties and I'm so beyond that. I'm hotter than almost all the trans girls I've met when I'm en femme. So anyways I'm looking for a room or a roommate that will not mind if I'm sometimes sashaying around the house in a corset and backless panties lol! I'm also not always en femme and when en homme I'm actually a pretty straight acting male in my vanilla life. But I am only into men or other Crossdressers, and I am not a sex worker, but I do have a few male friends I would like to occasionally be able to host in my bedroom for some fun. If you're looking for a girl roommate, I can be her, or I can be your new male roommate. Up to you.

I'm polite well mannered and respectful single male. A mixed martial artist for over 28 years. I'm quiet and very outgoing. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle which includes biking, hiking and love the outdoors. I always work hard and pay rent on time. On my spare time I enjoy building and designing bikes and painting, also I enjoy treasure hunting and a collector of many things like coins, antiques, collectable items, diamonds and gem stones a master at the bartering game. Very good at trading item for item and selling them online or at live auctions very good at that. I'm looking for a room to rent or my own place. Can afford up to $800/month.

I am a very clean person. I am quiet but like to have fun at times. I like movies, wine nights/pub nights. I am considered very responsible

I am responsible and dependable. I mostly keep to myself and I'm clean. I don't have a lot of people over. I'm conscious of others living with me as I've had roommates for the past couple months. I'm currently in school and finishing in the next couple months. Id prefer 1-2 female or queer roommates to save money.

Very quiet and to myself. Respectful and doesn't mind cooking for the house occasionally

I am very organized, sociable and respectful. I am a young person that just graduated this year and am moving to london to try and start my career. I am from Portugal and am very curious about new and diferent cultures. While studying for my masters, I had the chance to live in a flat with seven other students (most of us from different countries) and I really enjoyed that experience.

I'm an international student living here in Canada, I am currently doing flight training. I'm respectful, clean and easy to live with, I make sure to keep common spaces tidy, clean up after myself and respect other people's routines and I'll also communicate if my schedules regarding job and school change. Because I only work part time and study, I spend a lot of time either at flying school, at work or studying quietly in my room, I won't be someone who disrupts the house, at the same time I'm friendly and always open to conversations, cooking together or just hanging out when everyone's free, I'm reliable with paying rent on time as well and following the house rules and I'll also appreciate living with people who also value the same stability. I cook simple meals, keep the kitchen clean and don't leave a mess behind, I also don't smoke, drink or party and I respect other people's privacy I'm independent but also open to help in household chores or anything that will make the household run smoothly. Overall I think I'll be a great roommate because I bring responsibility, good communication and positive energy into the home, I'm looking for a peaceful, respectful and a friendly living environment where everyone can feel comfortable and supported. Thanks and Regards

I am a simple peaceful man. Looking for a mid to long-term place to stay.

Hey there! My name is Kenneth, and I’m currently living in Tulsa, Oklahoma, but I’m planning to relocate and start fresh in a new city. After spending 16 years in Oklahoma, I’m ready for a clean slate and a new environment with better opportunities. Right now, I’m specifically looking to move in with someone who already has a place and is seeking a reliable roommate. I’m hoping to find a stable, respectful household where everyone communicates well and keeps things running smoothly. A little about me: I’m easygoing, dependable, and very low-drama. I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces, and I always handle my share of the bills and responsibilities on time. I’m not the type to bring a bunch of people over or create unnecessary noise or chaos. I appreciate a peaceful, organized living environment and make sure I contribute to keeping it that way. I respect privacy and personal boundaries, but I’m also friendly and open to conversation when the vibe is right. I don’t need to be best friends with my roommates — just respectful, comfortable, and able to coexist in a positive way. I’m adaptable and realistic, and I’m simply looking for a safe, steady place to land while I get established in a new city. If you’re someone who already has a room available and you’re looking for a responsible, chill roommate who pays on time and keeps things respectful, I’d love to connect. Let’s talk and see if we might be a good match for living together!

Introverted, calm, and clean. Looking to share a place with a responsible roommate to reduce bills and work toward personal goals. I value a quiet, respectful home.

Calm, clean, and reliable. I like home to be a peaceful place to recharge.
