I'm fair, responsible, clean, and organized. I don't do drugs, including pot, and expect the same from a roommate. Social drinking is fine. All utilities are included in the rent, including power, heat, a/c, water, sewer, trash, internet, and TV

On the bus line. Close to shopping and doctors offices. Outside cameras and off street parking. Kitchen use permitted 24/7. Shared batnroom. I'm quite and drama free. Would appreciate the same. Grandchildren visit on occasion. Close to BB&T ballfield and interstate. I don't have any pets. I'm home most of the time. You can put deadbolts on the bedroom doors if you want. There are existing deadbolts but there aren't any keys to fit. Do as you please in your room but be clean and considerate. There isn't a garage or covered parking. There is a front and back porch with seating. Close to downtown.

I work a set schedule- night shift. Looking to fill in two rooms in my own to share with the headache, cost, and ideally just overall things that could be done to the house. The house will hopefully eventually be put up for sell, and I will be transitioning into a camper (temporarily out of state ) for a few months. It would be nice to have roomates to fill in the blanks while I'm away, but for now I am here and work a set schedule. I'm not sure of your schedule, but anything would help so my two dogs arent here 14 hours a day to themselves.
