Beautiful spacious Penthouse room, looking for a roommate who loves live in a spacious beautiful place, a shared top floor balcony, beautiful kitchen with a big granite island, with a juicer, blender, air fryer and even a dehydrator willing to be shared if she wants. Internet is exceedingly fast and included for free, there is a smart tv used for mostly yoga videos/classes in the living room but can be shared if you need. The place gets tons of sunshine in the mornings and throughout the day, and beautiful sunrises too. There is more than enough room to share and enjoy. Your utilities and hydro come included as well too, but we do like to save energy just for the environments sake, so its nice to simply turn things off at night in the shared areas apart from the internet of course which is extremely hi speed and able to be used 24/7 of course.
