I'm a dog groomer looking to move to Florida by the end of January with my Chihuahua Tasha Admittedly I'm not the best cleaner but I'm much more consistent if I'm doing it together with someone else. I'm super nerdy and I love gaming, books, anime, and dungeons & dragons I am partially deaf so I do speak at a bit of a loud volume but I can't quiet down if given a reminder. I'm also a bit of a night owl and will likely go to bed between 11:00 and 1:00 in the morning. I do have AuADHD so direct and honest communication is appreciated

The surrounding location is quiet, making it the perfect place to call home.

This is a one level 3 bedroom house two of the rooms will be for guests, the bed is a full size bed, the bathroom might be shared with one or two other people it just depends on whether the other room is rented during your stay.. the bedroom has a mini fridge and microwave in the room but guests can also use the kitchen if needed

Room with private entrance and private bath. Small couch, desk, microwave, small fridge, washer/dryer and coffee maker. Basic needs met for a comfortable stay while you explore the city. You won't be able to cook in the room, but can have microwaved or cold food. Delivery is readily available in Las Vegas for nearly anything you may need. When booking with me, I do have a cleaning fee, security deposit and formal rental contact that is paid, signed, and agreed upon by both parties before you officially move in dependent upon the length of your stay. I'm not that strict with pricing so feel free to negotiate with me for what you feel is fair. I prefer you have renters insurance but it is not required for your stay. I will do a formal inspection with you of the room and space before you settle in to make sure everything is to your liking.
