We are a male/female couple in our 40s looking to rent a room while we save for a home. We have 2 cats (spayed, always use litterbox). We lost our apartment when we were in the hospital after an accident, and would like to save more quickly than we would at a hotel. We are trying to quit smoking so would prefer an "outside smoking only", but are open to homes that smoke. My husband is a maintenance manager, I sell crafts. My husband is certified in electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, but also does plumbing and appliance repair on the side. He can fix anything that is home related. We haven't had guests in years, but are fine with others having guests. We're not very picky, as long as we have a room that is all ours to spend our time together.

Keypad lock at front door AND keypad lock on each guest bedroom door so your property is Always secured. The area is a recent convert and some areas are still under ‘work’. This home is Very Close to the Ammon-Walmart and Big O Tires (the one on 17th St in Ammon). The room is located in the lower level; stairs are required to access it. The room has a QUEEN Bed, closet, dresser, TV (with Roku unit) and extra storage by the closet. The room has a Shared bathroom a few steps from the bedroom door. There is a LARGE (~14X25’) shared living room. There is a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, coffee maker, etc. There is a pantry with dishes, silverware, etc. and room for shared groceries (I recommend labeling YOUR food in the fridge/freezer and Keeping Your shelf-stable items IN Your room). All utilities are included, including Fiber Internet access. (NO PAID Internet streaming/watching services, only a Roku unit in each bedroom.)
