This is a one person single room rental. I have a three bedroom one 3/4 bathroom ranch style house with driveway parking. All utilities included. New carpet, bed, new ceiling fan, dresser and small refrigerator available for use. Central air / furnace and fireplace heat in the home. Amazon prime can be streamed through your mobile device through our wi-fi network. You have use of one of the bathrooms and can also do laundry in the house which is included in your rent. You also have use of the shared space in the house and the kitchen can be used for cooking. There is a small refrigerator in your room. I am very close to i-294 and I-57 on ramps. I am a 50-year-old woman who owns this home with my husband who is 58 years old. We are very friendly and easy going. We have no kids but we have two friendly dogs and you must be okay with this. No pets are allowed by the person staying here though. We are looking for a female roommate that does not drink heavily or use illicit drugs. We are 420 friendly.
