We welcome and host travelers from around the world with memorable, authentic, and unique experiences around our destination. The property is conveniently located in downtown San Diego's Little Italy neighborhood. You can enjoy amazing restaurants and coffee shops and feel like you are walking the streets of a European city.  The hostel offers a coliving dorm with amenities to make your stay comfortable. The property is designed to feel like home and provide you with the amenities you need to have a great stay. We offer a lounge, patio, dining room, and shared kitchen. As a guest, you have full access to our adjacent hostel. You can enjoy our breakfast service, as well as participate in our daily social activities. Being our guest is an experience. We keep our prices affordable so we can share this unique experience with as many colivers as possible. We regularly host many long-term international guests and students. Each guest must be over 18 years old and have a valid passport. You must reside outside of San Diego County to stay at the house.

Located in the heart of beautiful Little Italy neighborhood, we have built an amazing little community ourselves comprised of 18 pods, 14 twin pods in the main area, 2 twin pods in the the back room along with 2 queen pods. Our space is an open loft style common area with: - a kitchen that has a gas stovetop and oven, dining table, kitchen island, countertops for work/hang out time - 72 inch tv that is connected to Netflix, Youtube, and Hulu. - One bathroom with toilet and shower/tub, one half bath with toilet only. - Lockers in the lobby for check-in/checkout (locks provided for $3), and in the main sleeping area. - 24 hour secure coded entry - staff onsite 24/7 but hours are 10am-11pm. With repurposed decor, we hope you like our community as much as we do!

Based in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter our property is within walking distance of major tourist sites and it's just steps to the bars, restaurants and night clubs. We are just 5 blocks from the convention center and 15 minute walk to the baseball stadium. Our community is made up of international and domestic travelers, professionals who work in town during the week, convention goers and sometimes military folks looking for adventure off base. Our vibe is relaxed but professional. We have a large kitchen with all the cookware and stuff you need to whip up a meal with dry and refrigerator storage. We have lounge where we have activities 4 days a week and currently a game room (that might be put on hiatus in the summer months), with table shuffleboard and foozball. We clean dorm and private rooms daily and you are welcome to ask for new sheets and towels as you wish. We do not have in-room bathrooms. They are in the hallway and are mixed gender but every toilet and shower is fully enclosed and lockable. We do not allow guests due to the community environment and for safety reasons. We also do not take children or pets and we are a non-smoking/non-vaping facility. And, we are the most instagram-ready hostel in the downtown area with glass atrium ceiling, grand staircase and myriad of plants. As a historically-designated building atop two restaurants, we do not have an elevator and are located on the second and third floors.

Well to start off i consider m y srlf to be a very very clean and healthy person, im also great with my hands i worked as a handyman for many many years so I know how to fix things around the house and im a very good person to get along with in other words im a team player im easy to get along with and I don't use drugs or smoke i do like to have a drink once in a blue moon i also work two jobs one full time and the other one is part time only so that keeps me real busy so basically I would hardly be there but I do need a place to lay my head well thank you very much and hope to here from u soon!!

I'm a Taurus and I'm pretty laid back my dog is a chihuahua and he can be a little nippy whenever he meets people but after he gets to know them he's great I on the other hand don't really have met very many friends or get out much I'm pretty much a homebody. I like to do woodworking and I also work with resin some fluid art and that's really about it I'm working part-time right now and hope to be working full-time after settling down into a place. As a roommate I think that I've got great qualities because I'm easy going and a good listener and I pretty much keep a tidy house.
