HI! I'm Marta, an Artist from Italy, here for my PhD in Art Education at Concordia University. What can I say about this house and my roommate? Well, I can say I have lived in this house for 2 years, and I really love the vibes and the people I live with! It's very easy to find us in the kitchen during dinner, cooking together, sharing some beer and chatting about the day. When I arrived, we were in 5, but even though the house was full, respect for everyone's privacy, routine, and personal space was the first thing we thought about. The house is really big. We have a beautiful living room full of windows, and in the winter we can admire the snow from a warm place on the sofa or do some exercise with the Jim tools we bought. I love watching movies on our projector and walking around the neighbourhood, where I've found many Italian shops! Usually, I wake up at 8 am or 9 am. I drink my coffee and spend most of the day studying outside or going to my studio, but I also love spending my time at home: reading books, watching series, cooking, and drinking tea.
