The room is available September 1st.
The lease ends in June 2025.
Preferably looking for someone who will stay until the lease is up.
The apartment is a 3 bed, 1 bath.
$1,33.00 a month
With utilities, it’s about $1,400.
The building is right next to the J,Z,M lines.
The building has amazing amenities. Including, a laundry room, a gym, a bike room, a mail room, garage, and a beautiful roof.
My roommates are two lovely girls in their 20s.
There are pets in the apartment.
One tiny dog and two little cats. Very sweet and quiet.
My room will be furnished with a queen-size bed+ bed frame, nightstand, and large fan.
There is also an AC unit in the apartment.
Proof of income will be needed.
Preferably looking for a female roommate who doesn’t WFH. Also looking for someone ok with pets being there!!!
