Hey there! My roommates and I are looking for a 4th person to move into an unoccupied room in the house we collectively rent. Our house is very queer, artsy, and semi-sober. We are not big drinkers, but smoking is perfwectly fine as long as it's outside. We also have a pretty big backyard and beautiful front yard. Lots of fruit trees. There is one cat currently living at the house, and he does roam about. Our landlord is...really pidcky about dogs :/ Other than that, we have a very cozy, and easy going dynamic. Things aren't typically too loud or chaotic. I would recommend our house if you value peace🙏🏾
