Hardwood floors, shared kitchen (I order meal prep, so you’ll often have it to yourself), living/dining room, Nest security, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, smart TV access (no sports), and access to tons of movies. Private unlimited heat control even in your own bedroom, when others pay hundreds for heat during cold months. Electric and gas utilities are super low all year. 🍽️ Kitchen: Renovated, granite-looking counters, stainless steel appliances, stove, microwave, griller, dishwasher, and half the storage space is yours, yes, quite a bit of cabinets. 🛁 Bathroom: Very clean, bathtub, handheld shower head, shared cleaning responsibilities.
