- There is one long-term roommate lives in the unit next to the kitchen, in where the living room is located of the house. She is super friendly and social , has an early morning work schedule and is home most days.

- Laundry is on the second floor between the two upstairs rooms.
- There is a small fenced-off backyard with a couple of bushes and a small tree. You are welcome to plant a garden or plant in pots provided the water is used responsibly.
- All roommates shares in helping to keep the kitchen clean and take the trash to the outside bins, and bins to the street for pickup weekly.
