We lost our apartment when we were in the hospital after an accident, and would like to save more quickly than we would at a hotel. We are trying to quit smoking so would prefer an "outside smoking only", but are open to homes that smoke. My husband is a maintenance manager, I sell crafts. My husband is certified in electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, but also does plumbing and appliance repair on the side. He can fix anything that is home related. We haven't had guests in years, but are fine with others having guests. We're not very picky, as long as we have a room that is all ours to spend our time together.

I think that I would make a good roommate for a few reasons. First off, I spend a lot of time at work, and this is good for two reasons 1 it insures that I'm good for the rent and 2 it keeps me from sitting around at home . Next I always pick up after myself and keep the place I live clean. And of course I also keep myself clean too.
