Hi my name is Ryan I’m an introverted person with extroverted energy I mainly work and need a place to reside, I’m cool with dogs cats and any pets, I’m reliable on monthly payments and would look forward to becoming your roommate.

You will be staying with me and my two rescue dogs, you must be dog friendly. You will have your own bedroom and access to the guest bathroom. Your cozy bedroom is furnished with a bed, lamp, linens and smart TV. You will have full access to the common areas of the home including kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry room. You can have at least half of the refrigerator space and pantry space as needed. You will have one garage parking space. Kitchen and Bedroom feature Sonos speakers, vinyl record player and books (Sorry, YA heavy) and everything mostly you could think of for cooking etc. There are no socialization requirements unless you would like there to be. Must be LGBT and dog friendly. Host (me) would like occasional use of the soaking tub which is newly installed. Bathroom features double vanity.

Clean, quiet, like to cook, work 10-6 MF. Chill with 420 but don’t smoke.

A young married quiet ‘kept to themselves’ type of couple with one 3 mo/ old male kitten. We’re both respectful - especially of boundaries. Cordial personalities. We are all clean freaks - even the cat, he enjoys baths. 🧼🫧Babushka the 3mo/old black male kitten is very calm - not skittish or shy just a couch potato. My husband (Danny) (21) (M) is a private contractor and is studying law. He has a medical marijuana card for severe joint pain and his heart condition but only eats medicinal gummies, the occasional vape and rarely pure bud and if so, done outside. We practice an open line of communication and hope you’ll do the same, we like to resolve discrepancies before they brew into something larger to ensure everyone has a chance to be heard and resolutions can be conducted to fulfill everyone’s home expectations. I'm a Taurus and I'm pretty laid back my dog is a chihuahua and he can be a little nippy whenever he meets people but after he gets to know them he's great I on the other hand don't really have met very many friends or get out much I'm pretty much a homebody. I like to do woodworking and I also work with resin some fluid art and that's really about it I'm working part-time right now and hope to be working full-time after settling down into a place. As a roommate I think that I've got great qualities because I'm easy going and a good listener and I pretty much keep a tidy house. If there's ever a problem just communicate that's all I ask good communication is always key.
