I’m easy to live with and keep things simple. I work full-time in HVAC, so I’ve got a steady schedule and reliable income rent is always on time. I’m clean and respectful of shared spaces, and I’m not the type to bring chaos or drama into the house. I’m also pretty handy, so if something breaks or needs fixing, I can usually take care of it instead of letting it become a problem. I keep a good balance between being social and giving people their space, so whether you like to hang out or just do your own thing, I’m good with either. Overall, I’m just someone who makes living together easier, not harder.

I'm clean and very helpful when needed. I am mature, friendly and been told very funny. I have respect for other people and their privacy and mind my own business. I do have a small dog, maybe 20lb Beagle that is house trained. He likes everyone. I sleep and then try to stay busy, whether its work or studying my online classes. I just need some backyard space, my table, my chair and some wifi and I will be all set.
