I’m a School student looking for a private room in a good environment for living.

We have a three bedroom home upstairs and 1 bedroom in the basement with 2 three-piece bathroom and a powder room on the main floor, patio on the back of the home, laundry room in the basement. You will stay in one of the rooms upstairs. My husband Herbert and I stay in the Master Bedroom upstairs and my Son Jason lives in the basement. We have accommodated students before in the past and everyone had a good experience so we have come back to homestay.com to share our accommodations again.

Basement area of our house for rent between Feb 1 and June 30. Includes bedroom, private bathroom and lounge are with fridge, microwave, kettle, dining table, TV and extra single bed. Access to shared kitchen upstairs. We are a family of 4 with 2 children who are 9 and 11.
