I want my house to be a place where I can have people over, but not a place that's constantly full of people. Also, I am looking for someone who would possibly want to take over the lease. I am waiting to hear back from a job offer and that would relocate me to Charlotte. At minimum, I’d need a roommate through the end of my lease on 2/29/24.
