I work nights full time, and part time durring the day, i like to keep the house pretty clean, i do have a few cats, but they are very well behaved. There is a basment but its still being renovated, nice yard, and a garage. Ill take care of house up keep like the yard or if something breaks. im mostly looking for someone who is tidy and also busy to help out with rent, looking for ahort term but could be open to long term.

I'm laid back, clean, considerate, I don't get into anybody's business, I'm easy to talk to, I'm good with animals, and I'm willing to help when needed.
