2) The Lilac Room: Nicely furnished bedroom for one person (perhaps for two): Weekly $247.00; Monthly: $892.50 (15% off). For two people add $175.00 per month.
3) The Middle Room: Medium size bedroom. Single bed, desk, TV, TV stand, chest of drawers, desk lamp. Weekly:$315.00 Monthly: $1,147.50 (15 % off).*****CURRENTLY ON A LONG TERM OCCUPANCY - WILL UPDATE IN DUE TIME*****
We are located in Beacon Hill North Area, in the East End of Ottawa.
The rates are all inclusive. (high speed internet, central natural gas heating, Air Conditioning and ceiling fans, electricity and water).
Access to a shared Kitchen, living room, dining room, deck and laundry room (one load per week)
This townhouse is situated in a great neighbourhood with friendly neighbours.
