I've been at the same place for the past 10 years, but due to a rapid sell of the house, I'm forced to find a room quickly. I have a dog she's 14 years old very friendly mostly tired old and loves treats and pets and pants on the head. Otherwise I'm a pretty quiet guy low-key, stick to myself, not noisy.

We lost our apartment when we were in the hospital after an accident, and would like to save more quickly than we would at a hotel. We are trying to quit smoking so would prefer an "outside smoking only", but are open to homes that smoke. My husband is a maintenance manager, I sell crafts. My husband is certified in electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, but also does plumbing and appliance repair on the side. He can fix anything that is home related. We haven't had guests in years, but are fine with others having guests. We're not very picky, as long as we have a room that is all ours to spend our time together.
