It has ONE fully furnished and air-conditioned, large bedroom available, with a very comfortable queen-size bed. LENNYs has a lovely lounge room, spacious kitchen, and a great entertainment room with a 50-inch high definition television. FACILITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: 1) Kitchen facilities are available for guests who wish to cook for themselves. 2) WiFi connection 3) Large laundry equipped with new washing machine and electric flat iron. 4) Laundry powder and toilet rolls are provided. It is in a quiet area with a decent neighbourhood. It is very accessible to all amenities. The supermarket, banks, post office, train station, bus station, pharmacy, surgery, etc. are just 10 minutes away. There is a bus stop at the front of the house going to the train station and also going to Perth City. The place is just 20 minutes away from the domestic and international airports. I am a high school teacher by profession. I am currently working for one of the government entities. I have an indoor cat named Merlot. I have hosted students and holidaymakers from different countries through HOMESTAY.COM

We are a friendly family and easy going. We keep the house clean and peaceful and we expect our guests to do the same! Take off shoes/sandals before entering the house and respect the house rules it’s a must. Our home located in great suburb where’s surrounding by cafes, restaurant, fitness club, pub and supermarket. All by walking distance. We required deposit before make the booking and upon arrival guests must prepare the balance of the rent. Our home is on the river a quiet area but still only 30mins from heart of perth I have a room with 2 beds and a desk bedside table and wardrobe share bathroom with husband so do prefer a male, it has a lovely sun room, lounge kitchen

You have your own entry and verge parking if needed. The large space comprises a queen bed and sitting/dining/food preparation area. There is a spacious walk through robe with hangers, iron and ironing board and drawers on your way to the private ensuite. You are welcome to enjoy the Balinese style pool and delightful courtyard gardens as well as luxuriate in the outdoor bath tub under the pomegranate tree. Towels and linen provided. All bills are included, you will only need to buy your food provisions - the renowned grocery store Grocer And The Chef is a 200m walk away. Ideally, you will need to be comfortable with animals. There are 2 very friendly dogs (small and medium size) and a cat (who thinks it is a dog). My place is good for singles and couples. Stays longer than 5 nights can be organised. Weekly occupancy receives a 5% discount and stays of 30 days receives 10% discount. Tarita, your host, loves meeting travellers and students and is available to assist. A lovely 4x2 house with a pool. A single bedroom with single bed and desk to let. Cooking facilities available to cook meals. No children or pets in the house. Only two adults to share the house with. Rental is $260.00 per week with a month’s deposit required. Driveway parking is available.

I live in Woodlands, a sought after suburb close to the city to the east ...and only a few kilometers from the beach to the west. Two rooms are available , one for your luggage etc. You have your own private bathroom and toilet. A lovely outdoor area is perfect for a BBQ and sipping on drinks in the warm winter sun. Our property is serviced by bus which stops only a few paces away. We are in EASY walking distance of a pub, shopping centre, convenience store/ petrol station, gymnasium and many restaurants. If you love playing golf you will like it here and I can assist with tee times and maybe getting you a game on a Saturday afternoon. The Wembley Golf complex is nearby ....one of the best in Australia
